The story of Philip’s beginnings might have been any modern day art student’s – a passionate excitement about everything he came across that could be art. His initial talent lay in oil painting, which would prove to be the catalyst to take him into the Fine Arts at University.
From Fine Arts Philip went to Music Production. Coming from a Fine Arts background he approached his sound projects with the same processes: painting with sounds, layering sounds – the transparency of layering and creating different ‘colours’.
Later Philip went on to complete a Masters in Communication Design with high grades and awards from the Dean. His work as an animator brings together these multifaceted talents.
Philip is the mastermind behind Amparose, a creative studio, and continues to strive towards excellence. He specialises in web design but also excels in audio production, animation, 3D modelling, guitar, tango and painting.
